Return & Refund Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality hygiene products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of adult diapers and soft hygiene wipes, returns and refunds are subject to specific conditions outlined below.


2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns will only be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or leaking at the time of delivery.
  • The product delivered is incorrect or different from the order placed.
  • The package is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed condition.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.


3. Return Request Timeline

Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for return or refund approval.


4. Required Proof

To process a return request, customers must provide:

  • Order number or purchase details
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue (damage, defect, or wrong product)
  • Images of outer packaging and product label

5. Return Approval Process

  • All return requests are reviewed by our support team.
  • Once approved, customers will receive instructions for return pickup or shipping.
  • Products must be packed securely in original packaging.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued only after the returned product is received and inspected.

Refunds may be processed in the following ways:

  • Original payment method (preferred)
  • Store credit or replacement (if chosen by customer)

Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.


7. Replacement Policy

If the product is defective or incorrect, customers may choose a free replacement instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.


8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened hygiene products
  • Used adult diapers or wipes
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Items returned without original packaging

9. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before shipment confirmation. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.


10. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping charges will be covered by us only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • For other approved returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
